  1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use www.kenton.com.trbelonging to the website named (“Site”) owned by TİBET IMPORT EXPORT AND COSMETIC INDUSTRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“Company”) and the individuals who visit and/or use the Site (“User”) are applicable.

Each User visiting the Site is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

  1. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property and copyright rights on all designs, trademarks, logos, visuals, videos, texts, graphics, documents and other content (“Content”) on the Site belong to the Company or are used under license.

Content:

  • May not be copied, reproduced, or modified without written permission
  • May not be used for commercial purposes
  • May not be published or distributed
  • May not be transferred to third parties
  • Any contrary use will result in legal and criminal liability.
  1. User Obligations

The User;

  • agrees and undertakes not to use the Site for purposes contrary to law and morality,
  • not to make any attempts that would harm the security of the Site,
  • not to use malware, viruses or similar technologies,
  • not to perform actions that would damage the Site’s infrastructure

Except for job applications, comments, suggestions, ideas, designs, or other content submitted to the Company by the User, if capable of giving rise to intellectual property rights, may be used by the Company for commercial or non-commercial purposes without any payment and without limitation in terms of time, place, and content.

However, if such content contains personal data, these data will be processed only to the extent required by the processing purpose and in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation.

The Company evaluates the personal data included in content shared by the User within the scope of the relevant Disclosure Text and conducts explicit consent processes when necessary.

The User declares and guarantees that in case the shared content includes personal data belonging to third parties, the necessary legal permissions have been obtained from those individuals.

  1. Protection of Personal Data

Users’ personal data are processed within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and detailed information can be accessed via the Disclosure Text and Cookie Policy on the Site.

  1. Right to Modify

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The current text becomes effective on the date it is published on the Site.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of disputes, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
