Beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of oil, then add 1 teaspoon of salt. Add finely chopped dill, parsley, red bell pepper, spring onion, and cottage cheese to the mixture and mix well. Slowly add the flour and 1 packet of Kenton Baking Powder to obtain a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes; remove from the oven when a toothpick comes out clean, let it cool slightly, and garnish with dill before serving.
