Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar, add the liquid ingredients; sift the flour, baking powder, and vanilla and mix in. Add the carrots, walnuts, and cinnamon and stir, then pour into a greased pan. Bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes and serve after it has cooled enough by removing from the pan.
