Kenton Professional Clotted Cream-Flavored Whipped Cream 1 Kg
Preparation
Add the entire 1 kg Kenton Cream-Flavored Whipped Cream mix to 3.5 liters of milk chilled in the refrigerator. Whip with an electric mixer for 20-30 seconds at low speed, then 3-5 minutes at high speed. After preparing the whipped cream, cool it in the refrigerator and use it once it reaches the desired firmness.
Suggestion: If you want to serve in slices, pour the whipped cream onto plastic wrap and roll it into a 4-5 cm diameter roll. After cooling in the freezer for 1-2 hours, slice only as much as you need, do not thaw the entire roll.
You can enjoy the Cream-Flavored Whipped Cream with syrup-soaked desserts or fruit desserts like apple and quince, or with honey at breakfast.
