Preparation

Add the entire pouch to 300 ml (1.5 cups) of milk chilled in the refrigerator. Whisk with an electric mixer on low speed for 30-40 seconds, then on high speed for a total of 3 minutes. Use the prepared cream immediately by spreading it on the layers of your cake, pastry, or tart.

SUGGESTION: If you want to prepare a firmer cream, you can add 50 g of margarine to the milk.
