Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:

  • To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurately processed
  • To request deletion or destruction

Through the e-mail address registered in our system kenton@kenton.com.tr in accordance with the Notification on Application Procedures and Principles Regarding PDPL and Data Controllers.

Applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. However, if the process requires additional cost, a fee determined by the Board may be requested.

  1. Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for the following periods in line with relevant legislation and processing purposes:

  • Personal data submitted via the contact form is kept for 3 years after the request is concluded.
  • E-mail correspondence and communication records are kept for 3 years to serve as evidence in possible legal disputes.
  • Website log records and IP information are kept for 2 years for fulfilling information security obligations.
  • Data processed for marketing purposes are retained until explicit consent is withdrawn.
  • Cookie data is kept for the periods specified in the Cookie Policy.

Personal data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the PDPL and relevant legislation.

  1. Update

This Information Notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation or company practices. The updated text comes into effect when published on the website.
