Instructions

1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes pale and creamy. Then add the vegetable oil, milk, and water, and continue mixing. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and sifted flour, and beat again until a smooth cake batter forms.

   Pour the batter into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 15 minutes.

   Decorate with melted chocolate and colorful sprinkles, then serve.
