Instructions

  1. Add 3 eggs, 50 ml vegetable oil, and 50 ml water to Kenton Velvet Cake mix and beat with a mixer first at low, then at high speed for a total of 2 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C, pour the batter into a buttered cake pan, bake for 30–35 minutes, and wait for it to cool completely. Carefully cut and crumble the top of the cake, and prepare the remaining part by slicing it into layers. For the Kenton Pastry Cream, add the entire packet to 500 ml cold milk or 400 ml cold water, beat first for 30–40 seconds at low speed, then for 3–4 minutes at high speed with an electric mixer, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes. Spread the prepared cream on the cake layers and cover the cake. Finish the cake by sprinkling crumbled cake crumbs on top.
