Instructions

  1. Beat 3 eggs with 100 g granulated sugar and 1 packet of Kenton Sugar Vanilla at high speed for at least 5 minutes. Gradually add 90–100 g flour and fold from bottom to top with a spatula to obtain a smooth batter, pour it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 12–15 minutes, then let it cool. To prepare the cream, add 2 packets of Kenton Whipped Cream to 200 ml of cold milk and beat with a mixer at low speed for 20–30 seconds, then high speed for 2–3 minutes, and let it rest for 15–30 minutes. Open the cooled sponge cake, spread some of the cream, place sliced bananas, roll it up, spread the remaining cream on top, drizzle Kenton Caramel Liquid Sauce, grate white chocolate, and serve.
