Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, water, vegetable oil, yeast, sugar, and salt, then gradually add flour to knead a soft dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 10 portions, leave them on a greased tray for 15-20 minutes, then put butter on top and roll them out by hand to form rolls. Twist the rolls around themselves and join the ends to form a circle, then let them rise on the tray for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle egg yolk, sesame seeds, and nigella seeds on top and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
