Beat 250 grams of room temperature butter with ½ cup Kenton Powdered Sugar and 1 packet Kenton Vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually add 2 cups flour, 1 packet Kenton Baking Powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, kneading to form a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Tear off walnut-sized pieces of dough, roll them or shape as desired, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies do not brown too much. After removing from the oven and letting cool slightly, sprinkle Kenton Powdered Sugar on top and serve.
