Instructions

  1. Beat 250 grams of room temperature butter with ½ cup Kenton Powdered Sugar and 1 packet Kenton Vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually add 2 cups flour, 1 packet Kenton Baking Powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture, kneading to form a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Tear off walnut-sized pieces of dough, roll them or shape as desired, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cookies do not brown too much. After removing from the oven and letting cool slightly, sprinkle Kenton Powdered Sugar on top and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Do not sprinkle powdered sugar on the cookies before they are completely cooled; serve with Turkish coffee.
