Prepare the sauce by whisking eggs, oil, milk, and baking powder. Place the yufka sheets on the tray, spreading sauce between each layer, and spread the cheese filling on the middle layer. Fold the edges inward, slice the pastry, then pour mineral water and the remaining sauce on top. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.

Serving Suggestions
After taking the pastry out of the oven, you can lightly sprinkle water on top and cover it with a cloth to soften, and serve with ayran (a yogurt-based drink).
