  1. Let the yeast activate with milk, water, and sugar, then add oil, salt, and flour to knead a soft dough and let it rest. For the filling, sauté the vegetables, add the minced meat, tomato paste, and spices, cook and let cool. Make dough balls, roll them out, place kashar cheese and the filling in the center, brush the edges with egg yolk and bake in the oven.
