Instructions

  1. Mix water, milk, sugar, and yeast and let it rest, then add egg white, salt, and flour to knead a soft dough. Add cheese and parsley inside, knead again and let it ferment for 1 hour. Spread the dough on a tray and wait for tray fermentation, shape with your fingertips, brush egg yolk on top, sprinkle cheese and parsley, then bake.

  2. Enjoy your meal!

Serving Suggestions

You can serve it hot by adding black cumin seeds and sesame on top, along with some grated kashar cheese.
